A piping hot skillet of freshly prepared mushrooms, simmered slowly in red eye (sherry). Topped off with bite-size pieces of bell peppers, onions, a touch of prairie dust, and a few special seasonings.

ZUCCHINI
Shades of Napoli! Sautéed fresh zucchini simmered slowly in sherry with delectable pieces of bell pepper, onions, our prairie dust, and special seasonings. For a grand finale, we top if off with some mozzarella cheese.

MIX
Heaven on earth! We combined the mushrooms and zucchini with all the special ingredients mentioned above for the best of both worlds.

HOT CHERRY GIZMO
What's this, you say? Well, it's cherry filling wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. Then, we top it with ice cream, hot cherry sauce and whipped cream. This masterpiece takes us about ten minutes to prepare, but it's well worth the wait.
